Introduction
Radiometric Dating appears to be the new term for radioactive dating.
Regardles where you visit in the study of macroevolution (evolution over long periods of time), you begin reading of matter millions of years old. It may be a fossle or a rock or a planet. How are these dates derived? What is their accuracy?
From my readings, I get the feeling that creationists believe our planet is around 30,000 years old. Radiometric datings puts the earth's age in the millions of years.
